Corporate Portraits

One of the things I am getting called to do more often is to go into a business HQ and photograph their staff for updated portraits to suit website upgrades.  In fact, I have over 40 days already booked this year for this sort of photography (watch this space!)

Since my last blog post I have been teaching on courses, photographing the London Marathon, a supercar shoot, and some landscapes….. Do you know, I am trying to limit the work at the moment as we are going to be moving house (and therefore studio!!) but as a freelancer, it’s not always possible to dictate workload and dates.  My summer is now completely full, and I have a clear view of work right through to the end of the year – that’s a first to be so forward planned!  My accountant seems happy!

This latest shoot is for a business specialising in web- based design – always nice to be amongst other creatives!  So with a number of images for each person, the company can now choose what “feel” they want for the website or their social media feeds.

The brief was to shoot portraits of the key staff, and then some detail for the website which included a short silent video to act as a background banner. With video, I noramally need another day, but as this was short and quite simple (and with NO sound required!), we managed to squeeze it into the end of the day.
