Commercial Photography for Property

In the past I have done quite a lot of work with large companies or institutions to photograph their buildings and rooms to promote their businesses.  This has resulted in being occasionally asked to photograph private houses; and this is a very enjoyable thing to do.  Firstly, the client usually has a reasonably free brief – to allow the photographer to find the beauty and his own way of representing the property.  Second, you usually have complete freedom to move around finding the right light at the right part of the day.  For AirBnB (which this shoot was for) the properties are usually presented in their best possible set up, and Jeremy’s house was no different…and boy, what a beautiful house.  It’s in Somerset, not far off the A303… and if you really want to have a relaxing break in a big beautiful house next to the river with a chunk of land, the website is here: House in Mudford

In all, there were over 150 images for Jeremy to choose from, or just to rotate through when changes are required.  The difference on AirBnB from those using a professional and those doing it themselves is significant!
