Forward Institute

I have been doing some photographic work for the Forward Institute.  It’s an amazing organisation with some incredible backing, dedicated to bringing out the best of the next generation of senior leaders from Business, Banks, Military, the Social sector, Police, Government etc.  It focusses on allowing these very capable people to discuss challenges and share experiences, whilst listening to some of the best leadership and academic minds in the country (and across the world).

This month, they held their meeting at one of the World’s most important leadership school of excellence – the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.

The day started with a presentation from General James Bashall on what he thought leadership was and represented.  I had to remember I was there to photograph the event rather than simply listen….!

Then the syndicates split for various brilliant workshops…… Had I still been in a position of leadership…I would have significantly benefitted.  As it was, however……….
