photoJourney – Poland 2015

This year I returned to Gdansk to run the Poland 2015 photoJourney workshop. This is such a super place to photograph as the place is vibrant and fresh, but with incredible history and architecture. It is a beautiful large town, and we stay in the most incredible and luxurious apartments – It makes learning and improving photography so much easier in this environment. There were 7 in total – a really great bunch too! Some professionals, some improvers, and some beginners.

PhotoJourney run courses in Nepal each year too – I shall be heading back there in April 2016 to coincide with and remember the anniversary of the huge earthquake that killed so many people. But the course in Poland is a very different concept – Street photography – detailed workshops on using lighting to help enhance the images – and on the final day we have models, designer and make-up artists to give a full-blown fashion shoot training-day.
