photoJourney 2015

I started photoJourney at the end of last year to gather together the individual adventure photography courses abroad that I was running.  The first of these was to Nepal – an important one for me as we travel around remote parts of Nepal photographing ex-Gurkha soldiers or their widows, and we donate the images to the Gurkha Welfare Trust to help with their fundraising efforts – a hugely worthy cause!

Sebastian Bober, Tom Falkenburg, and Joe Hulbert were the willing attendees, and we have some really brilliant images; lots of off-camera flash for portraits, although the ambient light can be really super, some stunning landscapes (obviously!) then some film work thrown into the mix.  It was a high-tempo, but thrilling journey!
