Shoot for Clare Lewis Racing
After such as beautiful weekend, it could only be a flat grey morning when shooting for Clare Lewis at the racing stables of trainer Bob Buckler (who won the Irish National in 2009!) The light was certainly poor, but you work with what you have. The results are a good record of Clare’s relationship with the stable and the horses; in particular her own horse, Mister Matt.
Racing is fascinating, not something I have previously been involved with (and delighted I have now been asked to photograph some racing at the April Meeting at Cheltenham next week) but I really enjoyed the buzz.
Clare is one of those people who makes things happen. Not only does she run the Mister Matt syndicate, she now offers bespoke racing services to trainers, owners and fans alike; you can see more of that at: Clare Lewis Racing
